What Causes Pain In Knee And Difficulty Walking?

Hi Dr. Rynne, My name is Nancy. I'm having pain on the interior side of my knee. There is pain, but no swelling. It causes my to limb when I walk. I have a history of DVT in that knee & a Factor V Leiden mutation. Any ideas what it could be?
