What Causes Pain In Knee And Foot?

I have foot and knee pain. It hurts to walk, sit, and sometimes at night I can't seem to get comfortable.The pain is on the inside of my knee down to the top of my foot. Ex-rays show no damage to my foot, however I have had a mri of my knee and the doctor told me I have osteoarthritis and bone spurs. The podiatrist said I have bunions. The knee doctor gave me celebrex and that helps the knee pain keep the swelling down I still have sharp pains though.The pain is getting worse in my foot though. Is the two conditions related ?
