What Causes Pain In Knee, Calf And Back Before Periods?

My knee and calf muscle are paining 3days before period and during period. The pain is unbearable. When I get the pain my energy levels will be zero. I will be so tired.
Sometimes I have moving pain all over the back and shoulders. I went to doctor she did arthritis test. Test came negative. what do I need to do now? Do I need to go to specialist??
