What Causes Pain In Knees And Legs?

I have pain on one of my legs at night when I sleep when I move I wake up cause the pain is in my knee and from the top of my leg to the bottom we have a lot of cancer in my family and have hip problems my leg feels like it pops out of socket and pain in my growing area and can t walk for a minute.
