What Causes Pain In Knees Radiating To Feet And Lower Back With Headache?

Hey I ve got weird lower back pain, my knees to feet are aching, on and off again headache, fatigued, nausea, fever/chills, and sore throat. I had a kidney infection in October. I take adderall for ADHD. I m not on or near my period. My dada d grandpa have diabetes 2. My moms got 2 different heart disease. I m 5 9 and 175 lbs
