What Causes Pain In Labia After An Intercourse?

Hello. I had a baby 14 months ago, but ever since he was born, whenever I have sex with my husband, my labia hurts afterward whenever I stand up. Laying or sitting instantly stops the pain. Sex is not painful at all, and this has only started after I had my son. Is there something wrong I should have checked out or is this normal?
