What Causes Pain In Left Abdomen Along With Pungent Odour To Urine?

I have pain in my left side, funny smelling urine, and cough I have had longer than a month.. I urinated today and my urine looked kind of orange....the pain in my side makes it hard for me to eat...also when I cough I can feel something move in my left side....It hurts so bad...What could this be?
