What Causes Pain In Left Abdomen And Legs?

Respected Sir,For last 1 month i have a pain in my left hand side of stomach and feeling uncomfortable. Feeling tired all the time and pain in my legs also. My constration is very poor. I am a tea addict. I am taking almost 12 cups of tea a day ? What to do please suggest.
