What Causes Pain In Left Abdominal Region?

Yes. I have a pain in my left abdominal region that came on quickly and has lasted all day. I also at tbe same gime have had a stabbing pain in my right side Iin my back region. Is this kidney stones or s ok something else. I have IBS with constipation but have not had a flare up in a couple months. What could this be?
