What Causes Pain In Left Arm And Chest After Drinking Energy Drink?

I used to drink Red Bull heavily. I completely quit for a few short months. Now, i ll have one small can every other day or so. But i can never finish a full can.. my left arm begins to hurt and well as my chest. Also, instead of gaining energy from this energy drink, my heart speeds up but i begin to feel tires and weary, eyes heavy.. Should i be worrieD?
