What Causes Pain In Left Arm And Neck, Headache And Nosebleeds?

diagnosed with an enlarged heart and congestive heart failure, waiting to do more tests. Also having very difficult time controlling my blood pressure, am on two different meds. But my left arm has been hurting all the time and shooting pains up the right side of my neck causing a headache and nose bleeds, can these be caused by my condition or should I just go to the doctor asap?
