What Causes Pain In Left Quadrant Of Abdomen Radiating To Neck?

Hello, I am currently experiencing a very uncomfortable pain on my lower left quadrant. The pain gets worse when I breathe in deeply and its like a sharp/stabbing feeling. Now the pain has radiated up to the left side of my neck, right about the clavicle. This pain also worsens when I eat and I have a tingling sensation in my tongue, similar to the one felt when thristy, even though I have been drinking water. I was diagnosed with small kidney stones on my left kidney about a year ago. They have never passed and the doctor said not to worry about it. I dont know if this pain is another episode of renal colic, but I dont know if it would go away soon or I should go to the doctor as soon as possible.
