What Causes Pain In Left Side Stomach, Neck And Top Of Shoulder?

About 2 days ago, I developed a sharp pain in my stomach, on the left side, just under the ribs. At the same time, I developed a sharp pain on the left side of my neck / top part of my left shoulder. These sharp pains have been pretty constant for the last couple of days. No trauma or injury to the area.
