What Causes Pain In Left Torso And Heart When Eating Or Drinking?

I have had pain in my left side of my torso and also a little in the heart area. It gets worse when eating or drinking and I am freaking out thinking it is something bad. When I wiggle my torso I feel fluid move around but I can t tell where and it grumbles somewhat frequently.
