What Causes Pain In Leg, Back And Neck And Light Fever?

I woke up to a hollow feeling..pain in the abdome and back. It echoes and hurts with every step I take. I havepain in my legs, back, neck..severe aching, burning inside, like a fever. I do not have a temperature above 98.1. I have a horrible pounding headache and extreme ringing in the ears. I was taking lisiniprol for about 10 days, but it made me extremely tired and caused pain down my arm. My doctor took me off. I then took topril for two days when all this hit.
