What Causes Pain In Legs After Recovering From Clostridium Infection?

I had C-Diff & had a difficult time getting rid of it. I lost 35lbs which I could not afford. Finally after biopsy s that Dr ordered vancocin for 6wks. I had 3 pills left when I had no symptoms . Now I have pain in my legs-It feels like there is some thing pressing on the nerves to the legs. I am on meds to control the pain. It gives me about 3 hrs sleep. Many tests have been done & I am ok with all of these. Is this left over form the C-Diff ? It is worse before I have to go to the bathroom & is better after.
