What Causes Pain In Legs And Hips When I Lay Down?

hello ;to thee unseen med. my question is in sciatica in both legs,extremely painful around clock-specially at night when I lay down. have tried pillows. If that wasn t enough,my right hip goes out of joint once or twice a night,extremely painful. these symptoms every night(what can I do).
