What Causes Pain In Legs When Suffering From Hashimotos Thyroiditis?

I was dx d with hashimotos thyroiditis 11 years ago. I got my synthroid up to 112mcg. and felt pretty good then started to feel sluggish and tired and then serious pains in legs(calfs) went to emergency-results they found nothing. Told reg Dr. about it and was still really bothering me-tested positive for A.N.A. and mixed connective tissue disease. Then went to Rheumatologist and after several visits she said its lupus. Well that is just grand,gave me plaquenill, still taking it 9 months now and still hurting? What do I do now?
