What Causes Pain In Legs When Suffering From Diabetes?

Hi, I m 27Yrs. Male having diabetes from last 7 Yrs. I do take insulin solo star once daily of 25. Recently from 1-2 months i m not able to cross my legs (sit in a lotus posture or sit in a meditation position) and when trying it hurts. I had done my MRI as well but every thing was ok. Please advise.
