What Causes Pain In Legs?

hi there my 19 yr old son has complained about pain in his legs several times and i jokingly said that it was because he was drinking. well he went to cuba last week and came home and he is now believing that it is painful legs all over when he drinks alcohol which he did all week. he is very healthy otherwise and is very skinny. what can be the problem?
