What Causes Pain In Legs,groin And Hips?

sir, I have right leg down to my knee, groin, hip and stomach pain. All on theright side. I was diagnosed with a labreal tear then the diagnosis changed to my back. when I have a bile movement it seems to relieve me sometimes. Its been two years now and Im in pain, Your thoughts???
