What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen Along With Blood In Bowels?

Hey! I have been having trouble moving my bowels lately and I usually get pains in my lower stomach every once in a while. Just tonight when I went to move my Bowles there was blood with my stool. It was red and clear as day. When I wiped there was blood and some kind of gummy tissue like thing in the paper...in worried...do you have an answer?
