What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen And Bleeding While Urinating?

Last night I began experiencing extreme discomfort in my lower abdomen shooting down into the vaginal area. Pain pretty much gone this morning but peeing and spotting blood. I assume UTI but I can usually tell when I'm getting one. I'm not urinating as frequently as usual but I don't have the sensation to go either.
