What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen And Penis After Ejaculation?

sir, i am a 27 yrs old male. i masturbated since 16 yrs age. previously it was once in 2 days but for last 5 or 6 yrs i masturbated about 2 or 3 times daily. although i have left masturbating for 2 months now but recently i am facing a new problem, i get a pain in lower abdomen and area around penis ( mainly upwards) after ejaculation. what could be the problem , sir???? i am veryyy much worried.... pls help me out.....
