What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen And Testicles During Ejaculation?

Hi doctor. I m kshitiz . I m getting pain in my right testicle and lower abdomen only when my semen comes out . Pain makes me uncomfortable. But after a sleep it goes. It happens only when my semen releases(not sperm). Plz tell me what prblm i have and what is the solution of it.
