What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen During Pregnancy?

i am about 5 to 6 weeks pregnant, i have severe pains in my left lower abdomen that come and go simultaneously, frequent urination with small volumes of urine which at times smells bad and sore painful breasts. i missed my period june 21. the pains i experienced are just too harsh. what is the problem with me?
