What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen, Severe Insomnia And Bloated Feeling?

I having pain in my in my lower abdomen for the last couple days and I didn t think much about it cause I am 50 yrs old and haven t had my period in a year. But I have had severe insomina and areally bloated feeling. Today I woke up with a cough and have been coughing up these weird blobs with a string of saliva that has like baby worms in it. Now my legs are really swollen and I have weird lines all over my arms and my skin has a yellowish hue. I contracted parasites 13 years ago from pigeons and it s the same symtoms. And have little red dots ..like something bite me!! I am scared....I had blood mites,fruit fly larvas, and mites that I breathed in from those pigeons and the grew in my lungs and I coughed them up and they were crwling in my nose!! I can t go through that again!!HEEELLP MEE please
