What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen?

Hi, I had this procedure done almost 2 years ago and I have some pain in lower abdomen. I was reading on a lot of comments and long term side effects. Should I be concerned about this pain. I mean I am concerned but should I maybe looking into this a little more
