What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen?

hi i have pain in right hand side of stomach below navel from last 1.5 year. Scan was done year ago it didnt said anything. It comes and goes and usually comes at night. Yellow Urine as well. Otherwise I am healthy and I walk and run as well. I am 30 yrs old. Please help.
