What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen,back And Frequent Urge To Urinate?

I'm having labor like pain (not pregnant). It will start with low back pain that spreads around to my front. Only lasts 4-5 seconds and occurs every 20 minutes or so. The in-between time is a strange stomach discomfort. It almost feels like I need to urinate but I really don't need to.
