I woke up this morning with horrible pains in my lower abdominal area and it hurts horribly when I do any thing walk sit or lay down even to go I get the sliggtest pain ease when I sit on the loo and im not pregnant as my menstrual cycle started yesterday although its very ligjt compared to it usally is
