What Causes Pain In Lower Back Along With Bilateral Cortical Cyst?

Hi! I was diagnosed with bilateral cortical cyst measuring 1.1cm. The doctor said that there is no treatment needed. I have a pain inmy lower right back for quite some time now. Is it related to the cyst? What food do i also need to shrinken the cyst? Is it true that cabbage and tofu can shrinken it? How about coconut water? I am not hypertensive and my normal bp ranges from 90/80 - 100/80. Appreciate any advice you can give. Thank you!
