What Causes Pain In Lower Back And Abdomen Along With Constipation?

I am having stomach issues my lower back pain. Sides hurt.lower stomach and underneith my breast area all painful.im constpated.nausea and cant eat have thrown up when it hurts real bad. What is causing all this cant eat with all the pain.and eating makes it worse. Sometimes diareia not much mostly constapeded.
