What Causes Pain In Lower Back And Abdomen?

Hi. I have this problem of lower back and abdominal pain for some time now. It seems to get worse after a serious sexual activity or after a long time of no sexual activity. It happens either way. What may be happening to me please? Right now the pain is excrutiating after just one week of no sex. Thanks.
