What Causes Pain In Lower Back And Pelvic Area?

I ve been having alot of lower back pain. After intercourse I have a slight pinkish in my urine. Pain in lower pelvic area also. I ve had a hysterical but have my ovaries yet. I just got done with treatment for triple negative breast cancer also. Wat could be this.
