What Causes Pain In Lower Back Radiating To Abdomen And Testicles?

i have lower back pain that radiates around to my lower abdomen and down to my left testicle. i have had an ultrasound and ct which shows a small spot of swelling on left testicle but they know nothing yet going in for mri this week but wanted another opinion. could my back be causing all my pain ?
