What Causes Pain In Lower Back While Urinating With Difficulty In Passing Stools?

I am having issues with pain in my lower back that increases with urination and having difficulty starting the release of my bladder. I am also having to take stool softeners to have a bowel movement maybe once a week sometimes longer. All blood, urine tests and CT from the ER have come back normal. I have had 3 C-sections, several scopes to treat endometriosis, appendectomy, gallbladder removed, tubal ligation, and hysterectomy. My doctor told me that all tests were good and to come back in 4 weeks to be rechecked. The ER doctor told me I pulled a muscle in my lower back and sent me home since everything was normal.
