What Causes Pain In Lower Left Lung While Laying Down?

hi, for the past 2 -3 days i have been getting this really weird pain in what feels like my lower left lung, and only hapens when i lay down... i can feel it start to hurt and have to steady my breath for a few seconds otherwise if i breath in to much it will hurt real bad, any ideas what could be the cause? thanks dean
