What Causes Pain In Lower Left Of Back Neck?

i'm 40 yrs old, 5'7" in height about 160 lbs and working as a graphic artist. i just notice whenever i'm tired working in front of the computer i always feel a pain on my nape(lower left of my back neck)...is there a connection when you have a problem on the eye? thanks :)
