What Causes Pain In Lower Neck Radiating To Joints, Arms And Elbow?

My name is Tom, I m almost 62 years old. I have pain from my lower neck to the sholder joint down the back of my arm to the elbow. Pain level will very from say a 2 to 6 or 7 on a scale of ten. I have had many back injuries in the lower back, surgery, injections etc. I have degenerated disc s in that area. What this feels like is like sciatica in the arm. Tylonal, Ibrprofan will take most of the pain away for 4-6 hours as long as I m idle. I have some oxycodone from dental work. Should I see a doctor now or wait and see if his clears up soon.
