What Causes Pain In Lower Right Abdomen After Having Transdermal Pain Buster Ball?

I had a C-section last monday, i also had a transdermol pain buster ball that excreted pain meds into my stomach, the last two to tgree days I have developed pain in my lower right side that geels like im being burned.....this is my second c-section, I had twins 13 months ago, by c-section. Is this burning pain typical? Is it from , c-section or the transdermol ball?
