What Causes Pain In Lower Right Abdominal Area Along With Spotting?

I had a ultrasound and they didn t tell me what size is but found a bulbous thing in my mid uterus and last month i had bright pink spotting on 21 and and bled three days and spotted for two but am waiting to my mp again...also am having some pain in my front and lower right side..
