What Causes Pain In Lower Right Side Of Pelvis?

Hi For The Past 4 months My lower right side of my pelvis has been hurting and It seems like my stomach is always bloated. At first it didn't bother me that much now it's becoming unbearable by the way I have the mirena and my tubes have been tied for 7 years.
