What Causes Pain In Lower Stomach And Leg While Having Mirena Coil?

I have 2 problems, firstly, I had a mirena coil fitted last year and I now suffer from sharp pains on my right hand side or my lower stomache and top right leg. They are as painful as labour pains and can last up to 30 seconds? And secondly I have mild ache on the right hand side of my chest that seems to go up into my ear at times.
