What Causes Pain In Lungs Along With Swollen Lymph Nodes Under Collar Bone?

Hi I have pain in right lung aching feeling, for over 2 months now sometimes sharp stabbing pain. Swollen glands on chest and under right collar bone which came up 3 weeks ago and are very painful to touch. Doctor said it was probably a virus but I am unsure feeling quite feverish today but I have not had any colds or flu. I have also had a dry cough for a month now.
