What Causes Pain In Lungs When Suffering From Evans Syndrome?

My granddaughter was diagnosed 8 years ago with Evans Syndrome and this has lead to Systemic Lupus, rhomatoid arthritis. She has had blood clots in her lungs, and now is have pain in her chest, which we believe is from her lungs. What do you suggest we do? She has been to a rheumatologist, who has said he is stumped as how and what to do for her. She has had 2 injections under fluoroscopy with no relief. We live in Belleville, IL. Can you point us in the right direction?
