What Causes Pain In Mid Arm After Removal Of Ganglion Cyst From Wrist?

I had a ganglion cyst removed from my wrist last year in July. During the surgery one of the nurses kicked the table while the doctor had my tendon causing my arm to slightly drop while my tendon was still held by the doctor. Every since the surgery I have had some pain and numbness, the doctor suggested I go t therapy - since the surgery I have moved out of the state and have continued home therapy until my insurance comes through... my biggest problem is tremendous pain in my mid arm - feels like inflamation on the tendons there, hurts to bend at the elbow, can't lift anything without dropping it due to pain, could this be related to the incident that happened during surgery?? Thank God I was awake for this one otherwise I may never have none what happened. :/
