What Causes Pain In Middle Of Head When Moving Head Sideways?

My son has been diagnosed with tension headaches which he gets on his forehead, last night for the first time his head hurt on the top middle of his head but it only hurt when he moved his head sideways it was still doing this this morning but other than that he is really well no other symptoms
