What Causes Pain In My Back, Hands & Legs?

Hi, I m 32 years old and fall in type I obese, I often get pain on my back, hands and legs, especially when I drive my car. The pain is so severe that sometimes, I get light fever or nauseous. It normally take a day rest along with a pain killer to subsidies and get back to normal.

I don't know why this happened all the time when i'm involved in physical activities especially driving car. Can you please suggest some remedy for this.
