What Causes Pain In My Breast When I Bend?

Left breasts has a sharp pain when I bend over to pick something up or if I touch it. I don't feel a lump. Could it be related to I have a spot on my back near left shoulder blade that feels raw and hurts sometimes. I have a mole there that is red and now has fluid but not sure if that is a symptom or from me scratching.
